Setting up a blog on your hosting account involves several steps. I'll guide you through the process below. Please note that this guide assumes you have already purchased a domain name and a hosting plan.

Step 1: Choose a Blogging Platform

There are several popular blogging platforms available. WordPress is the most widely used, but there are others like Blogger, Joomla, and Drupal. For this guide, I'll focus on WordPress, as it's user-friendly and highly customizable.

Step 2: Install WordPress

Most hosting providers have a one-click WordPress installation process. Log in to your hosting account, go to the control panel (usually cPanel), and look for an option like "Softaculous" or "Fantastico." Click on it and select WordPress for installation.

Step 3: Configure WordPress

During the installation process, you'll be prompted to fill in details like the site name, username, password, and email address. Make sure to choose a strong password. After installation, you can log in to your WordPress dashboard using the credentials you provided.

Step 4: Choose a Theme

A theme determines the look and layout of your blog. There are thousands of free and premium themes available. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance > Themes, then click "Add New" to search and install a theme. You can customize the theme further in the WordPress Customizer.

Step 5: Install Essential Plugins
